Job Description

Job Summary:

As this position is a very crucial part of the company, the Incumbent is responsible for deriving higher sales value and profit in the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* He or she first of all has to identify the goals and strategies needed to attain the goal.

* He or she has to understand the targets expected to be achieved by consulting with the various departments.

* It will be their duty to identify the abilities of the staff and then plan and allocate different responsibilities to the sales team.

* They will need to allocate the rights and responsibilities to the various sales team members and review their work.

* He or she has to oversee and review that each sales team member is doing the work according to the policies and if not, then correct them.

* He or she has to look into the inventories and ensure that there is enough store room available and the products are never out of stock.

Skills and Specifications:

* The candidate needs to have critical thinking skills and creative mind to do the job of a specialist.

* He or she should have the communication skill to communicate with individuals perfectly and effectively.

* He or she needs to be highly organized to manage all the staff.

* The candidate should have the skills of sales and marketing to attain profit in this competitive market.

Education and Qualifications

* An HND or Bachelors Degree in any field

* A Post Graduate Certification in Business Administration, Management, Marketing and any other related field would be an added advantage.

* At least 5 to 10 years experience in related field.
