Pathway Consult is a newly established organization in Imo state that is into capacity building, business and human resource development, travels and tours, media services and nutritional awareness. We are looking for these positions to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties:
*Human Resource Personnel
*Business Development Executive
✅Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
✅Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
✅Interacts directly with clients either by telephone or one on one.
✅Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
✅Communicate with public services when necessary.
✅Recommend solutions to chronic difficulties and obstacles.
✅Keep records of clients’ interactions.
✅Serves as a middle man between the organization and the public.
✅Promote workplace safety.
✅Perform other related duties as required.
